Wow. What a place. Missus had us walking for around 20mins from the centre. Worth every step. Had to wait 20mins for a table with a couple of bar stools round. Food was fresh and authentic. Owner (who I think is a fishman also) was so friendly. Running around try g to make sure everyone was happy. Burgers, starters, extras. Just devine!!!

Came here after core lunch hours and got the place to myself but even then what a great vibe - very warm staff who was forgiving my zero Italian skills, delicious and super fresh food - shrimp were caught just this morning and you can tell, and local beer to taste. Win win.

Excellent little place. Hamburger with grilled bacon and Cheddar cheese was huge and delicious. Owner of shop....super nice guy. I hadn't even had breakfast and by 8:00pm barely was able to eat the burger. HUGE

Consigliatissimo, sia per i prezzi sia per la bontà del cibo: quel burger di chianina è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo, burger gustoso, pane perfetto, ingredienti freschi! Staff super gentile e accogliente.

Il cibo e le materie prime sono ottime, i fritti spettacolari e poi c è Peppe, il proprietario, una delle persone più accoglienti, sorridenti e buone che abbia mai conosciuto! Un grandissimo lavoratore che ormai da anni ci propone i suoi hamburger superlativi, patatine, fiori di zucca e tutti gli altri fritti, da mangiare in tranquillità in una situazione che è una vera e propria comfort zone. Going to Friggitoria is a bit like feeling at home, or even better, eating with the friend who loves you most in the world. The food and ingredients are excellent, the fried foods are spectacular, and then there's Peppe, the owner, one of the most welcoming, cheerful, and kind people I've ever met! A hard worker who for years has been offering us his superb burgers, fries, zucchini flowers, and all his other fried foods, to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere that feels like a true comfort zone. One of my favorite places in Perugia!!!!

Il tutto per 11.50€ (9.50+2 di aggiunte) prezzo che ormai si paga in una qualsiasi catena di fast food, inutile dire dove convenga venire a pranzo.

We happened upon it by chance after a university event and it was a really great surprise! Soft bun, not the usual hamburger bun. Excellent meat (there is also the option of getting a vegan chickpea burger), tomato sauce and salad included in the price, various additions 1€. (For me 'nduja and cheddar). The menu includes a drink and chips. All for 11.50€ (9.50 + 2 additions) a price that you pay in any fast food chain nowadays, needless to say where it is best to come for lunch. Very kind owner, 5 stars.
